Calgary Cavalry Golf FC Fundraising Tournament

In partnership with Spruce Meadows and The Calgary Cavalry Soccer Team, Working For More Health Equity hosted a fundraising golf tournament at the Sirocco Golf Club on August 25th, 2025.

Working For More Health Equity non-profit founder, Shelley Spaner, supported the expansion of soccer in our community through on course participation and a sponsor donation of $10, 000.

A total of $150,000 was raised for the Leg Up Foundation at the sold out golf tournament, through generous donations and tournament participation the funds went towards supporting the Umoja Community and the Youth Centres of Calgary.
